While a flotilla of boats battles to get through the siege on the Gaza Strip, Gazans can eat out in fancy restaurants and have no need of aid. That is what Israel has been telling journalists, at least. Al Jazeera's Sherine Tadros picks apart the media campaign on the Freedom Flotilla.
